Constructed for local distillary magnate Arthur P. Stitzel, the Stitzel House is a good example of Georgian Colonial Revival architecture. Built in 1922, the Stitzel House provided a serene suburban homesite. Designed by prominent architects Joseph & Joseph, the home represents an ideal expression of Stitzel's successful entreprenurial achievements. stitzel House is registered with the Kentucky Heritage Council and National Register of Historic Places. Today, the Stitzel House is home to EPI Corporation and Eiche & Assoc. Architects, LLC., which designed the renovation and addition in 1985.
