Riverwalk at Edwards is a continuing project of Eden Architects and Eagle II Developers

Edwards, Colorado - once a tiny Eagle County outpost at the end of the Vail commuter line, this town now boasts some of the more innovative architecture along the Interstate 70 mountain corridor.

As we have entered a new century, Edwards' architecture looks back to the turn of the last one using Native Colorado motifs to echo the lines of pre-1900 architecture in mining towns such as Aspen, Leadville, Silverton, and Ouray.

The theme of Riverwalk center preserves the frontier ambiance along the Eagle River by offering a commercial/residential community designed with Western Revival and turn-of-the-century Colorado architectural themes.

Eventually fifteen (15) buildings will comprise Riverwalk at Edwards offering retail space ranging from the small store-front spaces to popular restaurants; office space to meet the demand of the growing Eagle Valley professionals; and diverse residential accommodations, ranging from hotel accommodations to employee housing and luxury penthouse suites.

The first buildings of Riverwalk were named for their anchor businesses and the rest have been named after Colorado gemstones.
