This is a digital composite of a just finished beautiful, modern 6200 sf residence. Glass, steel, concrete come together shaping this free flowing form combining oval dining rm, soaring great room, conversation room, billiards, meditation room, 3 bedrooms etc plus Master bedroom located over the deeply recessed entry door/water feature. There is a 3 car garage under the main house, and a detached nearby guest house sitting over a below-desert 6-car garage, connected back to the main house via foot bridge over a desert wash way.

You can see the cantilevered Meditation room hanging out over the desert wash off to the right with a digital picture of the owner sitting in there! - in center of room is a 42" dia. circular glass floor to sit on. The end wall of this Meditation room opens up completely to a rock water fall, koi pond & plant garden ensconced for privacy by the short height semi-circular concrete wall & trees.

The Owners are both pictured off to the left, above the 3-car garage, standing outside the Billiards room, next to the Great Room...the stainless steel Entry door is just visible tucked way back into the shadows between the oval Dining room to the left; protected from the sun by the cast in place concrete 'arms' that reach around and end with glass plates. To the right of entry is guest/Exercise room. The main entry way also has a 9' high 'quiet & calm' water fall & a small pool to greet you...

Below the oval Dining room is the Dance room for the kids, located just off the 3-car garage and storage space.

The Master Bed room is located immediately above the Entry Way and has a long horizontal window over the king sized bed to provide an uninterrupted view of distant city lights and the Camelback & Mummy Mountains, way off to the south west.... This house is situated on a 1-1/2 acre beautiful desert site with a natural Wash running through it, and is sprinkled with native Palo Verde, Mesquite, and Ironwood trees, Ocotillo, Saguaro & Cholla cacti as well as Agave & Creosote bush.
