EYP was commissioned for the new Nasdaq MarketSite at 4 Times Square. Upon its opening on the eve of the new millennium, this 25,000-square-foot facility became the "public face of the Nasdaq-AMEX markets" in the heart of Times Square, one of the most renowned urban districts in the world.

The focal point of the MarketSite is a three-story, glass enclosed, circular broadcast studio at the corner of Broadway and 43rd Street, visible from all of Times Square. In keeping with the spirit of Times Square, EYP's design for the MarketSite also includes exhibition space intended to provide visitors with a highly interactive, educational experience centered around the Nasdaq Stock Market. A state-of-the-art conference center was also designed for use by NasdaqÂ’s corporate clients. Two broadcast studios, broadcast booths, equipment, control and avid rooms, and a corporate conference center are also included. Complex engineering systems are seamlessly integrated with the architectural design.
