The driving organizational concept for this new sports facility was the need to manage and control the facility with minimum staff. The solution included a three-sided reception desk in the main entrance lobby which projects into the "L" shaped corridor linking the different interior sports functions. As a result of the "Charrette" design process with our team, a clear main entry and balanced form combined with "Gainesville" range brick ensures the client's needs are met with a campus harmonizing design. The facility includes: 4 basketball/volleyball courts, 6 indoor raquetball courts, aerobics/weight training, 4 softball fields, scorehouse, multi-purpose athletic fields, and 10 tennis courts.
