This project is sited on a 16.6 acre, heavily wooded, irregular shaped site with approximately 6.4 acres of the area being a natural wetland. The building is shaped to accommodate the separate parking areas for staff and the public and afford vistas and views to the rear wetland area. Each wing offers a covered walkway with seating, allowing relaxation and a view of the natural site surroundings.

A center building core, utilizing a multi-use auditorium plus a central reception with public seating area, is flanked to the north with the administrative/clerical wing. The Family Health Services wing on the opposite side contains the nursing/administration staff area, medical records and clinical services. Normally 150-200 patients are served daily.
