Castle Ridge Farm
The design of this country house draws its inspiration from European country homes, much the way Americans have done since the early nineteen hundreds, to create an architecture that becomes uniquely American. With its old world inspiration, the house opens itself in all directions with each interior space having its own unique view of the 130 acre working cattle farm.
The loggia of the Entry Hall draws one into the large barrel vaulted Living Room that leads to an Open Balcony, Media Room or Covered Porch with outdoor fireplace and Kitchen. The Home Office features a circular, glass-walled conference area shaded by large trees and access to a private-multi level terrace leading to the rear lawn. The Master Bedroom shares a see-through fireplace with the bath which features a rear wall of glass to bring in light as well as the view.
