This new intermediate school serves as a replacement for the existing League City Intermediate School, as that school has become a ninth grade annex to Clear Creek High School. The new facility has a capacity of 1,200 students in grades 6 thru 8. The program for the facility includes academic instruction spaces, a library, cafeteria, teaching theater, athletic facilities including a competition gymnasium, fine arts facilities and industrial technology facilities. Site amenities include parking for 120 cars, bus loop, football field, running track, baseball field and tennis courts.
