The Village at Victory Lakes, a Continuing Care Retirement Community, occupies the partially wooded site on the east. To preserve the identity of the retirement center for its residents, the surgery center has a professional character distinct from the prairie style CCRC. Siting the building on top of a hill for public visibility and vaulting the roof to emphasize the building entrance created the requested professional image.
